Overview
This is a flying safari from Zanzibar or Dar es Salaam to Ruaha via Iringa Airport for a road transfer to Ruaha National Park. The park boasts an almost untouched and unexplored ecosystem, making it a unique safari. It is the second largest park in Tanzania for wilderness and wildlife spotting. It is different, spiced up by the fascinating landscape, the home of the greater kudu, which cannot be found in any other park. This is followed by a flight from Iringa back to Zanzibar, the Spice Island.

Itinerary
At 5:40 am, you will be picked up from your hotel in Zanzibar Stone town, or upon arrival at Zanzibar International Airport, or even from Dar es Salaam International Airport for connection to a domestic flight to Iringa.
At 7:00 am, you will depart with Auric-Air or an available option flight to Iringa for a ground transfer to Ruaha National Park
At 9:30 am, you will meet your driver-guide on arrival at Iringa Airport. Then, you'll continue to Ruaha for a hot lunch and check in.
Then, you'll enjoy a game drive till sunset with wildlife and nature viewing, having a chance to see elephants, giraffes, kudu, lions, leopards, jackals, hyenas, African wild dogs, and many more.
A stunning day in Ruaha. You will depart for a full-day or a full-day game drive in Ruaha. You'll have a picnic or hot lunch.

This is the home of the greater kudu, which cannot be found in any other park.
At 6:00 am, a special adventure moment, you will be guided on a walking safari with an armed ranger.
8:00 am, Breakfast at leisure, and then depart for a full-day or half-day game drive in Ruaha.
A picnic or hot lunch.
Almost as large as the Serengeti, with its untouched nature remains one of the most exciting game reserves. It is a birdwatcher’s paradise with 350 different species of birds. Wildlife is concentrated along the Great Ruaha River, which is the heart of the wildlife in the park. Waterbuck, impala, and Grant's gazelle. The Shores of the Great Ruaha River are the permanent hunting ground for lions, leopards, jackals, hyenas, and African wild dogs. You'll enjoy the fascinating beauty of the Ruaha National Park. Thereafter, you'll drive back to your lodge.
6:30 am: Farewell breakfast in Ruaha Hilltop Lodge.
7:00 am: You will be transferred to Iringa Airstrip for a flight to Zanzibar via Dar es Salaam.
10:45 am: Departure time from Iringa Airport to Dar es Salaam for connection with Auric-Air to Zanzibar.
2:20 pm: Arrival time to Zanzibar Airport, meet on arrival, for ground transfer to beach hotel.

Natural Aquarium and Nungwi Village,
Baraka Aquarium is currently the best place to see, feed, and swim with turtles, as unique and beautiful native animals. It’s a collection point for all injured and caught turtles by fishermen’s nets before they reach a certain age and size to be released back into the Ocean.
You'll continue to Nungwi village, where you can visit a local house and see how people live, and visit fishermen and fish markets while hanging around in local areas.

Swimming with Dolphins – Dolphin tour
Your adventure will start with a sail from Matemwe Beach. You'll look out for wild dolphins as you will be sailing along the coast, on a small adventure out to the Mnemba Atoll Marine Reserve. Then, you'll dive in to swim and snorkel, be sure to see sorts of tropical fish, trumpetfish, manta rays, angelfish, and maybe even swim with dolphins while discovering the colorful coral reefs, tropical fish, and marine life of the island. Then, you'll head to the sandbank to relax on the sandy shores.
You will be transferred to Zanzibar International Airport for your scheduled flight back home.
